Coastal Contemporary Home

This house pairs shingle-style architecture with open, bright rooms. Travertine floors, maple cabinetry and a wall of built-ins set the tone in the main living area.

The kitchen is built around a curved granite island and professional appliances, with a separate beverage station for entertaining. Upstairs, the primary suite opens onto a private balcony and every bedroom has a custom closet system.

The back courtyard works like an outdoor room. It has a raised spa with a tiled water feature, a gas fire table, stone paving and thick plantings for privacy.
