A good renovation starts with knowing what is behind the walls. Before we price a job, we check the structure, the mechanical systems and any moisture problems, so the number you sign is based on what is really there.

We do a lot of whole-house remodels, kitchens, primary suites and older homes where the details matter. Our carpenters can match old trim or install clean, modern cabinetry.

Living through a renovation is hard, so we protect your house while we work. We put up dust barriers, cover the floors, clean up every day and tell you ahead of time which rooms will be off limits and when.

Step 1

Site visit

We start with your goals, budget and timeline, and we look at the site before we price anything.
Step 2

Proposal

You get a detailed scope, a line-item estimate and a schedule you can hold us to.
Step 3

Construction

A project manager and a superintendent run the job and send you photos every week.
Step 4

Closeout

We walk the job with you, finish the punch list and hand over the closeout documents and warranty.
