A full interior renovation of a traditional estate. We kept the formal rooms and added a gym, a game room and an organized garage.
This colonial was solidly built, but the systems were old and some rooms were not being used. We restored the formal living and dining rooms, including the carved fireplace mantel and the crown molding, and upgraded the wiring, lighting and HVAC behind the plaster.
Upstairs, the primary suite got new finishes and a marble bath with a soaking tub. A bright bonus room with arched windows became a home gym. Downstairs we built a billiards room with a coffered metal ceiling and a custom wood bar.
We finished in the four-car garage with an epoxy floor, overhead storage racks and wall organizers.
