A Florida home updated around its screened courtyard pool, with a new kitchen, a renovated primary bath and new floors.
The screened courtyard pool was already the best part of this house, but the inside felt dated. We updated the open kitchen with white cabinets, new counters and a tile backsplash, and opened up the view from the family room to the pool deck.
New wood-look flooring runs through the main living areas, the fireplace got a new surround, and the primary bath now has a garden tub and a walk-in shower.
Outside, we reset and sealed the courtyard pavers and repaired the screen enclosure.
