A multi-story mixed-use building with a colorful panel facade and retail space on the ground floor.
This building has retail on the ground floor and apartments above. The facade uses a pattern of colored panels and punched windows that gives the block some life.
Our scope covered the structure, the building envelope, the interior fit-out and the site work. The site was tight, with very little room for staging, so deliveries and crane picks had to be planned day by day.
